چکیده
Primrose (Primula spp.), in the Primulaceae family, blooms early spring and is produced as a seasonal flower or potted ornamental. Even though primroses can be propagated by separating offspring from mother plant, reproduction coefficient low irregular late germination seen their seeds that prevent mass production. Therefore, with this study, it was aimed to production of wild primroses, which spread naturally, culturing vitro. Plants collected nature were cultured greenhouse conditions used explant source. Surface sterilized rhizome explants MS medium containing growth regulators Benzyl adenine (BA) (0.5, 1.0 3.0 mg L-1) Indole butyric acid (IAA) (0.5 L-1). As result highest multiplication 7.85 L-1 BA 0.5 IAA. Rooting success 75% achieved shoots 1 IBA. A survival rate 62.5% obtained plants peat:perlite medium.

Primula Culture and Production
The name Primula or primrose is derived from the word primary or first, referring to the early growth and flowering in spring (Liberty Hyde Bailey Hortorium, 1976). More than 400 species of primula exist in the family Primulaceae (Griffiths, 1994). Other important horticultural genera in this family, besides primula, include pimpernel (Anagallis), rock jasmine (Androsace), persian violet, alpin...

Rose is the most favorite cut flowers all over the world. Production of high-quality flowers, prevention, and delay of flower senescence, is a major goal in floriculture. Now a day, biotechnological approaches have been used to improve ornamental attributes. Tissue culture and genetic transformation appear to offer valuable advancements for operating floral characteristics. In this study, after...
متن کاملIn Vitro Clonal Propagation of Primula Veris L . and Preliminary Phytochemical Analysis
A method of in vitro clonal propagation of cowslip Primula veris L. (Primulaceae) is reported. This is a species of medicinal importance, protected by law in Poland. MS medium Murashige and Skoog (1962) with 6 benzyladenine BA (4.44 μM) and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid 2,4-D (1.13 μM) was found to be optimal for in vitro cowslip propagation from shoot tips under the conditions of culture. Roo...

UNLABELLED PREMISE OF THE STUDY We developed microsatellite markers for the endangered plant Primula boveana, the Sinai primrose, and assessed the cross-transferability of these markers to six related taxa. • METHODS AND RESULTS DNA sequences containing microsatellites were isolated from a microsatellite-enriched library. We obtained successful amplification of 13 microsatellite primer pai...
